This weekend the Privateers Cup and the Subaru RS Challenge will be fought out down to the wire.
Privateers Cup: Defending champion Brad Goldsbrough and co driver Paul Humm will be looking for their second championship in a row in the ex. Possum Bourne Impreza WRX STI.
Jack Monkhouse and Rebecca Cochrane will be looking to end Goldsbough's dominance in there Evo 7 lancer which has shown pace in the slippery conditions in Tasmania but has struggled as Mitsubishi's number 2 driver. He impressed last year in the aging Galant VR4.
Steve Glenney is a newcomer to gravel rallying and has impressed in his first year in an Impreza WRX STI. He also had a new co driver this year and it is only his second year in the ARC. Very fast and used to do tarmac rallying in a Nissan Skyline GTR but became the inaugral Subaru RS Challenge champion.
Subaru RS Challenge: Ex Pedders Suspension driver Will Orders and the little brother of Simon Evans, Eli will be vying for the second seat at Les Walkdden Racing. Orders is eaily the faster driver in most conditions and will probably win. Evans is the dark horse after a disastourous season in 2004 including crashing on a cancelled stage.
Who will win??
GTG I gotta go to my next class!!

I feel that Glenney has the pace and the car but Goldsbrough is in a strong position so taht one will be interesting. W/ the RS challenge well......it will be a good battle to watch

In the RS challenge I really like Eli for the win there-he is the dark horse but he's got plenty of talent and is very determined-if it doesn't work this time round, a top result won't be too far away. Goldsbrough for the Privateer's cup-think he might be home and hosed. -LITA
